It also has several projects in pipeline such as Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites by InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House by Hyatt. Recently, Blessing Developers Inc. has started focusing on Quick Service Restaurant category and has plans to open 50 various franchised restaurants such as Little Caesars Pizza, Jimmy John’s, and Einstein Brothers Bagels etc. in the next 10-15 years.

Primary focus has always been the hotels but research is always on going for other opportunities such as Senior Care Facilities, Shopping Centers and Office Buildings etc.
